long time no see from me but happy moana 2 release day and happy belated moana 8 year anniversary. hoping that during this thanksgiving break i can try and get some edits out again

I owe everyone a big apologies. For disappearing suddenly and leaving my novel. I don't know if my followers are still active or not. I just sometimes checked my friends. Now it's time for my confession. I used exams as an excuse to justify my long absence from this fandom. But the issue was much bigger. The truth was that I was mentally unstable. The reason was the bad behavior I received from someone in this fandom. I always thought that when adults are in a fandom, their goal is to have fun, not to threaten each other. Maybe you consider my behavior childish or tell me that I should not make a big deal about such a small issue. But please understand that not all people can be as strong as you. Maybe some people are sensitive, especially when they receive a threat from someone because their favorite ship is different. I don't like to mention anyone's name because I don't want this drama to be big, but this person has hurt my friends before too. There is absolutely no way to justify this person's bad behavior. This person imposes their opinions on others and even threatens others. Now you can understand why I was mentally unstable.

In any case, I thought a lot. My decision was to leave the fandom without telling anyone. I even decided to stop my activity slowly so that no one would notice my absence. I even briefly went back to an old blog of mine that was for the Miraculous fandom, but now I realized something. DL is not the first fandom that I worked in, so at first I thought that I did not belong to it, but when I was away from DL, I realized that DL fandom was like home for me. I've been in a lot of fandoms before, but none have brought me as much joy as DL. Maybe the reason is Yui. Yui gives me the feeling of life. So far no MC has given me.

That's why I realized that even if I try to stay away from DL, Yui will still bring me back. She takes me back home. DL has always been like home to me. I decided to come back. I want to continue my novel again. But the previous events still remain in my mind and scare me a little. That's why I want to turn off the anon box for now. I hope you understand that I mentally need to do this work.

And I want to thank my friend Irsa @its-irsaa-fyp . I have already discussed this problem with her. She was the only one who knew, but I hid everything from her after that because I didn't want her to be upset more than that. I wish this fandom was full of people like her. Sweet and kind hearted. Thank you for being my friend. I really love you sweetie <3.

I'm back both mentally and physically. I love Yui. I can't leave her. I love my friends. I can leave them. I love my home. DL is always my home and I can't leave it.

I don't know how many people are waiting for my novel and if anybody cares. Soon I will start continuing it. I love you :3

Happy Blog Anniversary

It's my 1 year anniversary on Tumblr 🥳. I drew a tiny doodle because I'm already busy enough and didn't have enough time for a new artwork. I made my anniversary post as an appreciation post to my friends.

It's been a year since I create this blog and officially joined the fandom. Of course, I have been familiar with the fandom for more than a year, but one year ago on this day, I decided to create this blog and officially work in the fandom. Time really flies. I can't believe it's been a year. In this one year, many good and bad things happened to me in this fandom. I met many people and got to know different people. With all the good and bad things and with all the kind and mean people, this has been a wonderful year and I am so happy to celebrate this day with my friends.

I will never forget the day when I saw your comment that you said that Rukiyui is your favorite ship and it made me jump to your DM and chat with you. That day I realized how much we have similar opinions and interests. I will never forget that you always supported me when some people made me sad. And I will never forget how you made me not leave this fandom and love it more and more. And also how much we both admire Yui and she is our queen. I wonder why Te Fiti didn't use her powers to fix Hei Hei's brain.

te fiti's powers are more nature based than anything else, seeing as she's referred to as the mother island, so it's highly unlikely that she could've done anything for hei hei.

plus, if we're to consider how te fiti takes inspiration from polynesian deities, they also don't really do any "miracles" like that, at least from my own recollection. though anyone that knows more about polynesian mythology can gladly correct me.

so that's why hei hei is still his lovable, clueless self.

sebastian maximiliano rojas ends his last video log as the door to his bunk whooshes open for the final time to find him inside. he stands, bound hands clasped as if in prayer, and offers an awkward smile in greeting to his captain and the quartermaster behind her.

blue’s gaze is cold, detached, and he knows the crew’s decision without her needing to speak a word. a knife, his knife he realises, is dropped to the floor between their feet and he eyes it, curious. ❝ where did you find… ❞ max trails off, recognising the red on the blade for what it is. dark gaze flicks up to meet jay’s before returning to his knife. ❝ whose blood is that? ❞ there’s an edge of panic to his tone that he fights to swallow down. ❝ jay, whose blood is that? ❞

❝ stop, red. it’s over. ❞ the use of his nickname does not go unnoticed.

tabs pushes into the room she had shared with max and rob, sneering as she clips the industrial zip ties that had bound him. they are doing him a kindness, allowing him to don his red spacesuit — it is more than what he had given the imposter posing as rob. once he is secure in his suit, a new zip tie is procured, lashing his wrists together once more. the quartermaster exits, then, with a nod shared with her captain.

max stares at his old military dog tags hung on the wall his bed is built into. a set of rosary beads sit heavy in his pocket, taken from beneath his mira-issued pillow and hidden away before his argument with kane. they lend a comfort to him, ebbing and flowing with his emotions, a final gift from his mother ( he’ll be with her soon ). shoulders slump with a resignation before he tilts his head and straightens, facing jay again.

she steps aside and he nods, following into the corridor without protest so she can lead him from behind. as they pass admin, he falters and stops short, heart thumping in his throat as he turns his head to her. ❝ jay, ❞ he starts, and it is so soft, holding all the emotion he hadn’t allowed himself in the past.

❝ don’t, ❞ she stops him. her own voice breaking or, perhaps, already broken. she refuses to meet his eye. ❝ max called me that. so don’t you dare. i trusted him, trusted you, but now i am stuck. i am stuck in a place where i can’t even be sure how long you’ve been him. so maybe i’ve never actually trusted the right one. maybe i’ve never actually… ❞ she trails off but the silence hangs heavily between them.

he turns to the side, desperate for her to look him in his face. he needs her to see him, needs her to know – know what, rojas? ❝ i’m sorry, ❞ he whispers at the same time as he watches her steel herself to continue quietly with, ❝ – maybe i’d never actually loved the real max either. ❞ anything else he might’ve thought to say dies on his tongue, then, and he draws a shaky breath. he wants to say her name again, wants to throw himself at her feet in this corridor while it’s still just them. wants to beg and to plead and to cry out…

but he can’t.

he made this bed in which he now needs to lie and he swallows thickly around the heart stuck in his throat. it takes everything he has to keep his posture from folding, putting one foot in front of the other as he spirals in silence.

the doors to the storage bay swish open and tabitha is there, directly in his line of sight beside the airlock, holding his red helmet. jasper and monique stand to the side, moni squeezing jaz’s hand before moving to stand with ghosts. max is unsurprised to see kane is not in attendance, but something festers in his gut when he notices elias is missing as well.

he turns to jay again, brow furrowing with a question he doesn’t get the chance to ask. ❝ first mate rojas, ❞ she says, ❝ red, ❞ an amendment. ❝ for spacing robert myers, claiming he was an imposter with no known proof but your word against his after a violent argument over the dead body of hero robinson – as witnessed by tabitha marsk and ghosts frazier – the crew of the skeld have put forth a vote. ❞ she draws a steadying breath finally meeting his eye, ❝ for the safety of the crew, you are hereby sentenced to the same fate. ❞

he knew it was coming — how could it not? but it is still a knife to his heart. max starts to move toward jay but is intercepted, scuffling with tabs and his helmet, ❝ get off marsk. i can bloody well do it myself. ❞ he rips his arm from her and there is a struggle that ends with her elbow in his gut, leaving him almost breathless and he grunts in pain, doubling over as he staggers back.

he straightens, resolute, as jay draws another breath to reprimand them, wanting this to be done with but, before she gets the chance, max closes the distance between them. his lips press to hers wanting her to know everything he had never said, eyes squeezing shut to keep the world out — her hand comes to his chest as she kisses him back for half a second before her head catches up to her heart. she goes still. stiff. the crew protest around them but it’s max that pulls away, unaided, ❝ jay, ❞ he says and her name is as soft on his lips as hers had been for the breath of a moment. he remembers his mother’s rosary in his pocket, a prayer.

she walks him back to the airlock where tabs is waiting to take hold of him again. max tries to rip away from her a second time but is unsuccessful and tabs forces his arms out in front of him. ❝ — please, jay, ❞ panic is rising in him. this is his last chance to plead his case and he is fumbling for words, ❝ you know me. ❞ jaz holds the clippers out as tabs tosses the red helmet into the airlock, manoeuvring max the same way. jay has turned her back, stepping over to the controls, ready to close the doors as soon as tabitha and jasper are clear. ❝ don’t do this! ❞ his voice breaks, emotion sweeping over him in a crushing wave. jaz snaps the zip ties and tabs gives a hearty shove. max stumbles, crashing to his knees on the other side of the airlock chamber, the door clangs shut before he is able to recover.

from the safety of the storage area, the crew watch as their first mate struggles to click his helmet into place ; hands shaking, though whether it is anger or fear that truly courses through him, they dare not hazard a guess. a red fist pounds on the door but they cannot hear anything more than muffled banging. ghosts turns their head and moni and jasper squeeze hands again, the three filing out before blue presses the release.

she is looking at him now. again. and, for the last time, his gaze meets hers head-on. bluejay. his lips form the nickname. her eyes lower, locating the correct switch and returning to him in the space of a breath.

his eyes are closed ; a scream no one else can hear is torn from him as the vacuum of space rips him from the skeld.

red’s fear is lost in the wake of sabotaged comms.

back in navigation, jasper and moni take up their seats, steering the ship away. ghosts goes to find kane who had taken it upon themself to clean up elias’ blood, spilt from behind — murder by a coward.

only captain atlas remains in the storage bay, staring at the red dot that shrinks into black nothingness until she can see nothing but the stars he had loved so much.

The Biden admin has been slapped down repeatedly by the SCOTUS for their unconstitutional aims of wiping out college debt. Those debts were consciously established and most did not even culminate in degrees being achieved. Most of the students who ran up these debts are not able to find gainful employment in the subjects they studied, and now they selfishly, arrogantly want American taxpayers to foot the bill. This is a ploy by the Biden admin to romance and buy off the college youth voter base, and it will not be seen thru to fruition.

Climate resilience in tribal communities? LMAO. Climate Change is a hoax and proven to be by facts. Here is one thingy you will not see on the list of Biden admin tasks completed: helping to elevate Nat Ams to an actual level of dignity and living that they as humans deserve. This is more money that will be laundered back to Biden and friends

The IRS launched its direct file pilot program. Tax payers in 12 states, Florida, New Hampshire, Nevada, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, Wyoming, Arizona, Massachusetts, California and New York, can now file their federal income taxes for free on-line directly with the IRS. The IRS plans on taking direct file nation wide for next year's tax season. Tax Day is April 15th so if you're in one of those states you have a month to check it out.

The Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights opened an investigation into the death of Nex Benedict. the OCR is investigating if Benedict's school district violated his civil rights by failing to protect him from bullying. President Biden expressed support for trans and non-binary youth in the aftermath of the ruling that Benedict's death was a suicide and encouraged people to seek help in crisis

Vice President Kamala Harris became the first sitting Vice-President (or President) to visit an abortion provider. Harris' historic visit was to a Planned Parenthood clinic in St. Paul Minnesota. This is the last stop on the Vice-President's Reproductive Rights Tour that has taken her across the country highlighting the need for reproductive health care.

President Biden announced 3.3 billion dollars worth of infrastructure projects across 40 states designed to reconnect communities divided by transportation infrastructure. Communities often split decades ago by highways build in the 1960s and 70s. These splits very often affect communities of color splitting them off from the wider cities and making daily life far more difficult. These reconnection projects will help remedy decades of economic racism.

The Biden-Harris administration is taking steps to eliminate junk fees for college students. These are hidden fees students pay to get loans or special fees banks charged to students with bank accounts. Also the administration plans to eliminate automatic billing for textbooks and ban schools from pocketing leftover money on student's meal plans.

The Department of Interior announced $120 million in investments to help boost Climate Resilience in Tribal Communities. The money will support 146 projects effecting over 100 tribes. This comes on top of $440 million already spent on tribal climate resilience by the administration so far

The Department of Energy announced $750 million dollars in investment in clean hydrogen power. This will go to 52 projects across 24 states. As part of the administration's climate goals the DoE plans to bring low to zero carbon hydrogen production to 10 million metric tons by 2030, and the cost of hydrogen to $1 per kilogram of hydrogen produced by 2031.

The Department of Energy has offered a 2.3 billion dollar loan to build a lithium processing plant in Nevada. Lithium is the key component in rechargeable batteries used it electric vehicles. Currently 95% of the world's lithium comes from just 4 countries, Australia, Chile, China and Argentina. Only about 1% of the US' lithium needs are met by domestic production. When completed the processing plant in Thacker Pass Nevada will produce enough lithium for 800,000 electric vehicle batteries a year.

The Department of Transportation is making available $1.2 billion in funds to reduce decrease pollution in transportation. Available in all 50 states, DC and Puerto Rico the funds will support projects by transportation authorities to lower their carbon emissions.

The Geothermal Energy Optimization Act was introduced in the US Senate. If passed the act will streamline the permitting process and help expand geothermal projects on public lands. This totally green energy currently accounts for just 0.4% of the US' engird usage but the Department of Energy estimates the potential geothermal energy supply is large enough to power the entire U.S. five times over.

The Justice for Breonna Taylor Act was introduced in the Senate banning No Knock Warrants nationwide

A bill was introduced in the House requiring the US Postal Service to cover the costs of any laid fees on bills the USPS failed to deliver on time

The Senate Confirmed 3 more Biden nominees to be life time federal Judges, Jasmine Yoon the first Asian-America federal judge in Virginia, Sunil Harjani in Illinois, and Melissa DuBose the first LGBTQ and first person of color to serve as a federal judge in Rhode Island. This brings the total number of Biden judges to 185

I’m upset bc I finally found a therapist I really like but the office she works at has awful policies, 2 weeks ago I missed an appointment and they charged me a $95 missed appointment fee and the $15 co-pay I regularly pay.

Which first of all they can’t charge me a co-pay if I didn’t actually go to the appointment, but they also charged it after the missed fee and I don’t keep a lot of money in my account bc that way it’s harder for me to spend it loll. I had enough to cover a co-pay but not for a fee that high!

So my account went into the negative and they charged me a $22 overdraft fee at my bank loll!

Luckily my bank is my dad’s teacher credit union and they’re super nice so I was able to call them and get the $15 co-pay back and my $22 overdraft fee.

I complained to the admin of my therapist’s office and they gave me 2 options basically I can either use that $95 to cover co-pays for the sessions I already have scheduled or I can leave them a positive google review and get a refund and cancel the rest of my sessions loll. But I had to go to my appointment last week bc it was too late to avoid cancellation fees for that session.

So I go to my session, and they charge me another $15 co-pay loll! I keep trying to call them but it says to message them through the portal so we’re back to where we started but I’m going to go with the google review option bc at this point I just want my monies and I don’t want to deal with these people anymore even though my therapist was very nice and actually helping me loll.

Living under capitalism is so fun!
